2/5/2008 (Phoenix, Arizona) – McShane Construction Company recently topped out the first phase of the new 101 Medical Office Center, a two-building medical office complex located at the northwest corner of Thomas Road and 91st Avenue within the 138-acre Algodón Medical Office Park in Phoenix, Arizona. The 101 Medical Office Center will be comprised of two four-story, 80,000 square foot medical office buildings totaling nearly 160,000 square feet situated on 10.74 acres in the area’s premier medical park directly across the street from Banner Estrella Medical Center. Building I in the 101 Medical Office Center is the first phase of development of a mixed-use project that will be comprised of two medical office buildings, hotels and retail space.
