5/20/2008 (Savannah, Georgia) – The Auburn office of McShane Construction will provide a July 2008 final completion of the 22-building Springs at Chatham Parkway apartment community in Savannah, Georgia on behalf of developer, Continental Properties Company, Inc. The complex consists of 352 apartment units arranged in 22 two-story residences located throughout the picturesque development. Located at 1699 Chatham Parkway near Interstate 16 in one of Georgia’s fastest growing communities, each of the two-story residential buildings consists of 16 apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations with eight interior parking garages. McShane Construction also completed an on-site clubhouse that includes the leasing office, a business center, conference facilities, laundry room, fitness center, kitchen and multi-purpose room. An attractive outdoor pool area with sizable patio and outdoor kitchen was also completed. MSA Architects, Inc. provided the architectural services for this luxury apartment community. McShane teams are also underway with two additional Springs properties for Continental Properties Company, Inc. – the 352-unit Springs at Effingham complex in Rincon, Georgia and the 336-unit Springs at Mountain View in Antioch, Tennessee.
