The Rosemont office of McShane Construction has been selected by LTD Management Company, LLC to construct the new four-story aloft Hotel located at The Promenade Bolingbrook in Bolingbrook, Illinois, a rapidly expanding suburb of Chicago. The new 77,352 square foot aloft property will integrate seamlessly into the open-air town center that features over one million square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment in its pedestrian-friendly environment. The modern hotel property, a much-anticipated new lifestyle brand of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., features a loft-inspired design that will be comprised of 155 guest rooms, a fully-featured lobby, state-of-the-art equipped meeting room, fitness center and swimming pool. The aloft hotel rooms will be outfitted to offer a “total sensory experience” with guest lofts featuring nine-foot ceilings and oversized windows to create a bright, airy environment. McShane Construction will also complete all sitework, landscaping and surface parking with completion slated for June 2009. Campbell Architects has been selected to provide the architectural services for the project.
