Cadence McShane to Complete LEED™ 170,823 S.F. West Pointe Center

11/18/2008 (Houston, TX) - The growing northwest Houston submarket has been an active industrial and office market over the past two years. White Rock Commercial, one of Texas’ most respected developers, recently selected Cadence McShane to construct its new West Pointe Center office development. This Class A, three-story office building is being constructed to meet LEED™ certification and will total 170,823 square feet.
