4/9/2009 (Dallas, Texas) – Linda Murphrey has joined Cadence McShane Construction as Director of Business Development for the Dallas office. Murphrey brings over 20 years of industry experience to Cadence McShane and is well known for her professionalism, market expertise and ability to deliver major deals. She has demonstrated a proficiency for maintaining client expectations while simultaneously developing new opportunities. At Cadence McShane, Murphrey will utilize her skills in developing long-term business relationships for the company. She has earned a respected reputation as a construction services business development executive within the market. Murphrey’s responsibilities will also include participating and contributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of the company’s Texas operations. Prior to joining Cadence McShane Construction, Murphrey was Director of Business Development for C.F. Jordan Construction, where she was responsible for developing long-term business relationships, in addition to promoting the company at industry events and within several prominent trade organizations. She also led several key initiatives to increase company exposure through a variety of marketing efforts. Murphrey is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana. She is an active member of CoreNet, NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals, and the Texas Real Estate Commission.
