Cadence McShane will also construct the 98,444 square foot, 904-student Patterson Elementary School, also slated for a 2010 completion. Patterson will feature 50 classrooms, computer labs, art and music rooms, a dining/multi-purpose room and media center. Sustaita Architects, Inc. will serve as project architect. The scope of the award also encompasses the new construction of Scott/Dogan Replacement Elementary School and Atherton/E.O. Smith School.
