5/7/2009 (Phoenix, Arizona) - McShane Construction’s Phoenix office recently provided construction services for the completion of an extensive tenant improvement assignment for a well-recognized company located within the Phoenix market. McShane executed a thorough 45,000 square foot renovation for the Phoenix corporate office of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. located at 2231 East Camelback Road. The assignment was conducted in phases while the company continued full business operations, and the majority of construction took place over nights and weekends to minimize disruptions to the firm’s daily activities. The project included the reconfiguration of the office area to more effectively utilize the space as well as refresh all interior finishes, paint and carpeting. Starwood is one of the world’s largest hotel companies and operates popular brands such as aloft, Sheraton and Westin, among others. Lowe Design Group provided the architectural services for the project.
