6/2/2009 (Pasadena, Texas) – The Houston office of Cadence McShane Construction is on schedule for a July 2009 completion of the Kruse Replacement Elementary School on behalf of the Pasadena Independent School District. The new building is located within the 400 block of Park Lane in Pasadena, Texas. The single-story, 115,000 square foot elementary school will feature an attractive brick exterior and generous window lines. The interior will include 44 classrooms, 17 science laboratories, a gymnasium with an integrated stage area, library, cafeteria and administrative areas. Cadence McShane will also complete extensive landscaping throughout the site as well as all site work requirements including the construction of parking areas that conveniently provide 136 parking spaces. Dansby and Miller Architects is providing the architectural services for the project.
