6/9/2009 (Glendale, Arizona) – McShane Construction recently completed an extensive remodeling assignment for the Glencroft Retirement Community located at 8611 N. 67th Avenue in Glendale, Arizona. McShane’s construction assignment included upgrades to the facility’s dining area and chapel located on this sizable senior living campus. The renovation project consisted of interior demolition and the subsequent reconstruction of the space, encompassing floor plate reconfiguration, cabinetry replacement, electrical updates, refreshing finishes and adding new furnishings for each area. Glencroft Retirement Community is a master-planned senior complex, located just outside of Phoenix, offering health and residential services in a comfortable setting. The complex offers one- and two-bedroom units, in addition to dining and retail amenities for active seniors. The Orcutt | Winslow Partnership provided the architectural services for the project.
