6/11/2009 (Houston, Texas) – The Houston office of Cadence McShane has reached an important milestone with the completion of the first 94 apartment units at the upscale La Maison at River Oaks residential complex in Houston, Texas. Under development by ZOM, Inc. and located at 2727 Revere Street, this 423-unit, 447,764 square foot complex is being delivered in phases by Cadence McShane until project completion is reached in early 2010. La Maison at River Oaks is located on a well-situated 5.3-acre site and is within walking distance of retail, convenience and boutique shops in the Westheimer Road and upper Kirby shopping districts. The residential development is comprised of adjoining four- and five-story apartment buildings with an integrated six-level parking structure and features New Orleans Garden District-style architecture complete with ornate brick columns, wrought iron fencing and gas lamps throughout the complex. The main entrance offers an arched entry and grand fountain. Cadence McShane’s assignment also includes the fully-featured clubhouse and office facility and five separate courtyards featuring pools, fountains and extensive native landscaping.
